Hi, my name is Kimberly Williams, APRN, PMHNP-BC, owner and founder of Opulence Care Services. I take pride in offering compassionate, professional care that provides meaningful support to individuals and families. My journey in healthcare began over 13 years ago, working closely with individuals living with mental and physical disabilities. Those years instilled in me not only clinical knowledge but also a deep sense of purpose and compassion. Driven to do more, I returned to school and earned my nursing degree. For the past six years, I have proudly served as a registered nurse, providing bedside care across a wide range of settings.

Recently, I completed my master’s degree and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. While this accomplishment marked a significant milestone, it also deepened my understanding of the gaps in our healthcare system particularly when it comes to transitioning patients safely and comfortably back into their homes.

Time and again, I witnessed patients experiencing delayed hospital discharges, not because they weren’t ready to go home, but because they had no support waiting for them. In some of the most heartbreaking cases, patients remained in hospitals or facilities simply because home care services couldn’t be arranged in time.
